Firstly our stats: Assault Ship 13 / 0 Battlecruiser 44 / 0 Battleship 97 / 6 Black Ops 0 / 1 Capsule 133 / 5 Combat Recon Ship 10 / 0 Command Ship 4 / 0 Covert Ops 3 / 0 Cruiser 45 / 0 Destroyer 4 / 0 Electronic Attack Ship 16 / 10 Force Recon Ship 23 / 1 Frigate 9 / 0 Heavy Assault Ship 47 / 0 Heavy Interdictor 4 / 0 Industrial 15 / 0 Interceptor 52 / 0 Interdictor 12 / 3 Marauder 1 / 0 Mining Barge 3 / 0 Rookie ship 2 / 0 Shuttle 3 / 0 Stealth Bomber 14 / 0 Transport Ship 1 / 0 BRUCE will no doubt claim that we had little effect on them blah blah blah. But their forums say otherwise. During our whole time in Fountain we never had one spy/alt in BRUCE or any other alliance. We got the occasional snipper from Helen, but that was it. It all depends what you think fun is. Most people would say we camp gates cloaked and gank macro miners. The truth is vastly different. While we do gank a fair few haulers/miners/npcers we also embarrass fleet commanders by fighting ridiculously outnumbered (more than ANYONE else in this game does) and still winning convincingly. There is nobody else in any other corp or alliance that fights outnumbered as much or as well as we do. Now, in order to do this we obviously will not stand toe to toe with a vastly bigger fleet. If the F1-8 game is fun for you, then thats great - keep on doing it. But out thinking and out smarting everyone else is what we do and it is fun. You also have to remember that we do not mine/mission/npc hunt at all and all our income comes from PVP, so there will always be some boring points where we are making a lot of money but not getting any proper fights.

Not ships against ships, but minds against minds. And our minds are better. You are confusing tactics with setups. A setup is what you use to leverage tactics. Going fast, or having lots of HP is not a tactic, thats a result of a setup. Being able to damp from 200k, cloak or insta pop frigs is a result of a setup. It will shape, but not ultimately define our tactics. They are defined by the situational awareness and responsiveness which our members continually demonstrate to be superior to all others. That is why we are the best. You on the other hand, have hit your proverbial glass ceiling and will never get much better because you don't understand this game at all.

Well blobbing as in getting probed and having a fleet dropped on you while in a SS is what i was going for tbh. Do try to read between the lines as i know you have been away for a while. Probing is the problem though, not blobbing. Make probing harder = less need for cloaks. Make blobbing harder = no change in need for cloaks

Cloaking has a variety of benefits, the defensive ones have been covered. Cloaking can also be an offensive tool (scout jumps in and sees nothing on scanner and says its ok for navy rave to jump in - being one example). We do use cloaks to take a break without worrying about getting probed, but this is only a half truth. Also, here is some more attention .

Who says i no longer fly with BE?. i post on this account cos my main is banned for irritating bob. And yes theres lost of fringe benefits to flying with cloaks but the main one is the ability to be safe in a system with lots of hostiles in and not get probed and blobbed. Btw you have always been the biggest attention seeker in BE and the least deserving of it. Although its nice to see your actually muted in the afk channel on TS at the moment and thats a blessing to all of us. Yawn, heard it all before and it always seems to come from behind a keyboard on an alt. Shock/horror, I know!

Make blobbing harder = no change in need for cloaks Actually shin, udie started using cloaks because of mm, heavy camped systems with a ****loads of carriers, use cloaks to avoid fighters. There were many reasons, fighters being just one of them. Ultimately, it was the scan probe changes that were the biggest driver behind it.

It's different but it's more effective than every other type of pvp i've seen so far. That BE can't convince any other group to pew pew the way they do it... i don't think BE gives a **** about it. If other groups don't wanna fight that way... their loss i would say. i'm by far not as good as even the crappiest player in their corp, fact is they remain very effective and they have a killboard to prove it. BE/ TI will always have my uttermost respect for the way they pvp in the game. it's effective, it's thrilling, it's fun and imo TI is the best pvp in the game yuo cant compare tri with BE. Tri goes in close and if odds are more or less even or even abit worse for them, will engage.They are imho one of best small squad pvp forces in Eve atm, respect from me.They also dont dop the whole smack down on their enemies... BE will sit with sniper on a gate and pop passing ships, retreating atm an opposite gang appears.How can you say its fun or very demanding? Yea they are great at that and will have great kill/death radio.Not my game or respect tough. You are in Hydra.... I'm sorry for the insult, but it had to be said.
